Rachael joined results in 2006 and has many duties within her remit, including data analysis, project delivery, general operations and staff management.

‘Data’ and ‘people’ are Rachael’s two main areas of expertise. She’s super-skilled when it comes to extracting and utilising data to inform our projects. And when it comes to our team, she works closely alongside her peers to ensure they’re happy and motivated, and that projects run smoothly.
